Debby is an experienced tourism planner who has project-managed destination management plans, business and marketing plans, feasibility assessments, research, product development, and sustainable tourism advisory programmes.

She has been involved in tourism master plans, development strategies, market demand assessments, marketing strategies, consumer research, and training needs analyses.

Working in tourism in Asia and the Pacific for more than 20 years, Debby has extensive stakeholder consultation experience. She is skilled at bringing together private, government, and non-government stakeholders for the benefit of communities, conservation, and visitors.

Debby’s background in the development and marketing of tourism products includes working for Tourism New Zealand with suppliers to sustainably develop and promote their products in line with target markets.
