Project Description
TRC led a multi-disciplinary team developing a comprehensive approach to establishing the Barwon South West Region in Victoria as an adventure trails destination (which includes walking trails, shared trails and mountain bike parks). The project included a market demand assessment, preparation of an overall strategy and action plan, a cycle tourism strategy and guidelines for trail management and infrastructure.
