Project Description

Working with partners SGL and Baker Tilly Staples Rodway, this project required TRC to assess the tourism potential of the Fringed Hill site, and a provide a holistic look at what the opportunities for the site were. The development of the site needed to ensure it had a significant point of difference and enough market appeal to make it a compelling destination to drive visitors to the region. 

The project required an assessment of visitor experience options and their revenue generating potential, robust demand assessment and a business plan and investment memorandum.
